Our story
Kendriya Vihar Greater Noida is an integrated residential township developed to provide quality housing and a well-planned living environment for Central Government employees and the general public.
KVGN-AOA is committed to safeguarding the collective interests of apartment owners, maintaining high standards of living, protecting property values, and fostering a safe, sustainable, and harmonious community.
The Association is governed by an elected Executive Committee of apartment owners and functions in accordance with applicable society bye-laws, regulations, and Association SOPs. Our decisions and initiatives are guided by transparency, accountability, fairness, and the welfare of the community.

Maintain, upgrade, and improve common areas and essential infrastructure, including roads, parks, lighting, lifts, water supply, STPs, landscaping, and other community facilities.

Strengthen 24×7 security through CCTV surveillance, visitor management, access control, emergency response mechanisms, and disaster preparedness.

Digital & Smart Community
Implement technology-enabled services, including online grievance management, digital payments, smart metering, and app-based visitor management.

Ensure responsible collection and utilization of maintenance funds through sound financial controls, proper accounting, and regular audits.

Grievance Redressal
Represent the collective concerns of residents and coordinate with the builder, GNIDA, government authorities, and other stakeholders for timely and effective resolution of community issues.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Safeguard the collective rights and interests of apartment owners while ensuring that the Association operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, bye-laws, and established procedures.

Promote community well-being through festivals, sports activities, health and wellness programmes, senior citizen initiatives, and programmes for children.

Promote environmental sustainability through rainwater harvesting, waste segregation, composting, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and tree plantation initiatives.

Looking ahead, KVGN-AOA will focus on facilities, sustainability, wellness, connectivity, and a cleaner surrounding environment.

- Operationalize and upgrade community facilities, including the clubhouse, multipurpose hall, gym, children's play areas, and parks.

- Promote comprehensive waste segregation, composting, solar-powered infrastructure, and EV charging facilities.

- Establish healthcare partnerships and facilitate health camps, yoga, meditation, walking, and other wellness programmes.
- Community Connect
- Conduct regular town halls, community festivals, inter-tower sports events, and skill-development programmes.

- Coordinate with relevant authorities to improve public transport, including metro feeder services, buses, and e-rickshaws.
- Gate & Surrounding Area Improvement
- Improve entry and exit management at all KVGN gates while working towards a clean, accessible, and encroachment-free surrounding environment.
